Ken's Service Center is a thorough and honest group. They go the extra mile to make sure they have checked everything that could be wrong with your car. I had a consistent rattle with my Honda that was there for two years and the mechanics at the dealership couldn't figure it out for two years!!!! I took it to Ken's and they found the source and fixed it on the first try.

The staff at Ken's are very honest and helpful. When I took my vehicle to the dealership for something under warranty, the dealership told me that I needed over $1,000 worth of service. I wrote it all down, and showed it to Ken's. Ken's pointed out the service that the dealership was recommended had already been completed recently by Ken's and therefore was not needed for quite some time. (You would have thought that the dealership could have seen the newer parts!) Ken's could have easily lied to me - I would have never known - but no, the staff at Ken's Service Center are honest! I trust them completely.

I made an appointment and my car was taken right on time. The technician found that battery needed to be replaced and he was able to take care of that at the same time. The personnel are ALWAYS friendly.

I have been dealing with this shop for almost 25 years. They take care of ALL my family's auto maintenance needs. I have never been disappointed. Very friendly and knowledgeable front counter staff.

My high maintenance vehicle was due for an emissions test and I dreaded taking it to a previous shop for "Check Engine" light test. After spending over $500 to have that done the problem was not resolved. I decided to take it to Ken's. That was the best decision! The team inspected the vehicle, informed me what they found, what needs to be done and what it would cost to correct it. I said go ahead and repair. The work that was done, car passed emissions and engine performance significantly improved. From the moment I stepped in that shop I knew it was the right decision. The customer service is very professional yet friendly and they listen to the customer's concerns. I am very satisfied with their work!

I have used your business since 1998 when I brought my company car to your shop for service. The same care you provided on my company car is what my family has received on our personal card. I?m impressed with the excellent customer service, patience, and integrity of the staff that work at Kens. I feel like I?m part of the ?family?, except I?m paying for for the service. So glad I discovered Ken's a few years back. I usually wait for my car while it is being serviced and always enjoy the exchange between Walter and the others when they speak with customers about their autos and what does or does not need done. I totally trust their assessments of work needed.

I had scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, 12/12. to have my flat tire fixed, so I dropped my car off on the afternoon of 12/11. That same afternoon, 12/11, I got a call telling me that my car was repaired and ready to be picked up. What service!!!

As always the service was completed in good time. Always enjoy the conversation with Walter. And enjoyed the good cup of coffee. I have been using Ken's for so many years that I can't imagine going any other place!!!

Thanks to Walter Sullivan and his team for their courteous and reliable service, in keeping my high mileage vehicle in tip top shape! It has been two years this month (October) since I responded to a radio advertising. I took my car to their shop and have been very satisfied with their services. I drive with confidence knowing that the work has been completed to meets the best standards.
