| We are always happy with the service received at Ken's. My husband used to work at the Colombia location, and although he does most of the work on our cars himself, there are many things he cannot do from our garage. Ken's is the only shop he trusts with our vehicles. The long-time employees that work here are hard working, knowledgable, and kind. We always receive a 5 star experience from both locations and refer all of our friends to Ken's. Keep up the good work folks! |

| I'm very happy I found Ken's Service Center after having moved to Columbia. Accomplished and trustworthy mechanics can be very hard to come by, and so far, my experience with Ken's shows me that they are both of those things. I've never had an issue with the repairs that they've done, and they always communicate about car issues and repair options. I never feel pressured to do a repair, and they have even given me a break when extra labor that may have been needed wasn't. When I picked up my car with my wife on Mother's Day, they even gave my wife a small vase full of flowers. That's a class act! |
