| I have been using Ken's Service Center as my primary auto service center for at least the last 15 years. In that time Walter and Ron have never tried to sell me on anything that was not needed. They ask my opinion on borderline needs and take the time to explain the repairs that are needed. They have helped me when I've bought new cars and offered advice as they are able to. Never have I felt disrespected or taken advantage of because I don't know as much about cars or the repairs, they always take the time to make sure I have the information I need to make the best decision for me. |

| As always, Ken's was quick to get us scheduled for some significant maintenance on our aging car, gave an estimate that was accurate, came in a shade below their estimate, and provided great customer service. We've been using their services for almost 20 years now and can't imagine trusting anyone else more with our cars. |
